20 something college student by day and aspiring writer by night. Currently working on my debut novel “Identity Crisis” coming soon! After fiction, poetry is my favorite genre to write so I created a site for my work.

I used to write only for others because I was told that I needed to make writing a career if I want to ever make money. By doing that I lost the genuine passion I used to have for writing and for a while that could be seen in everything I did because I lost the one thing that I was passionate about. I used to only write fiction to tell stories to other people, then I started writing poetry and at first I thought I was once again writing poems for certain people. I realized I was writing for myself to help me deal with the things that I went through in my life. For a while focusing on poetry truly helped me grow as a person, eventually as a  writer as well. Now, not only is my poetry strong but my fiction is even stronger. I think the one thing that I want people to know about me as a writer is that everything that I go through and experience in my life influences and inspires my writing. I try to live my life the best that I can because I want to be able to write about some remarkable things. 

As a writer, I hope you not only enjoy my work but I hope it also inspires you to do whatever it is that makes you happy. Life’s too short to be miserable, choose happiness and passion!
